Letting is done on a private, personal and exclusive manner directly from Clos Malverne Wine Estate. Clos Malverne's Privilege Customers are particularly welcome and receive booking priority.

Paradise Beach is a very private small security beach complex on Langebaan Lagoon and also the most exclusive. For all practical purposes you will experience the beach as a private beach. Langebaan is situated one hours drive from Cape Town on the West Coast road and has one of the driest climates in South Africa. The winter rainfall is extremely low.
